Will getting hit by a guy as training, and she told me, they hit pretty hard, Would that help her get better or Is it better for her that she trains with other girls
lol by the way training with other girls would be impossible she is like the only girl there, that go about everyday

I trained in half contact and full contact martial arts with men and both men and women can get floored by a kick to the head. I don’t know if the human skull differs much from men to women but if she is training with them and not competing then they are not going to be trying to knock each other out, there is a measure of restraint involved, at least in martial arts there is.
There is nothing wrong with training with men, in the same way that children and adults train together – the adults obviously do not kick as hard when it is a small child, although children can give you a run for your money. Something like boxing where raw strength makes more difference than in martial arts is probably more dangerous, but I think it is about as dangerous for men as women.
As long as she is not getting concussed a lot then it should be fine. Continuous blows to the head aren’t good for anyone, I doubt it’s any worse for your girlfriend than anyone else unless she’s getting hit a lot more often.
I see no problems in training with the guys, and normally they are considerate to girl opponents especially in boxing or any combat sport. And the girl who trains with the guys would have an edge in actual competition with the girls because she could hit harder due to her more rigorous training with the guys. It always happens that way, and most of the time the defeated girl would cry “Foul,” by saying that her protagonist is a tomboy or a lesbian, which could be true or not. The point is, if you train with the guys you get better reflexes, stronger muscles and over-all limberness because the guys are more bigger, harder in punching and generally more stronger than the females, even if they do not actually use all their strengths.
