I want to start Maui tai fighting and stuff they do in the ufc.

Example: United States Kickboxing Association, World Kickboxing Association……

I want to start full contact MMA but have never trained in fighting before. Is there any certain class i should look into taking? (kickboxing, kejukembo, ..)

i’ve been really interested in mma for a while now but have been plagued by injuries just had shoulder reconstruction so haven’t been able to start.i am 17 have no previous martial arts experience but played contact sport (rugby) all my life . i was just wondering if it would be a good idea to start mma once my shoulder is recovered or not to risk it?

I am 26 year and really out of shape. I have always wanted to take a martial arts class and so for my 2008 new year resolution i have decided to sign up. My goal is learn self defense, get fit and have fun. I dont knwo how to choose from all the options (Karate-Kung Fu- Tae Kwan Do and so on).. what’s the best one ?
