find an mma gym. you’ll get into great shape, you’ll learn boxing, muay thai, wrestling, jiu jitsu ect. Although you don’t like or want to go to the ground, it’s extremely important to at least have some basic grappling knowledge because alot of fights end up on the ground at some point, and if you have no idea what to do once it hits the ground you’ve already lost. I’ve seen soooo many times martial artists, boxers, ect get man handled and beat down by people with basic grappling skills, they have never trained grappling, and so they don’t know how to defend against a take down or clinch, and they get taken down and pound on or submitted.

  4. Diet is about 80% of the reason you lose weight or fail to. I have seen many, and by far the easiest is the South Beach Diet. After that, the simplest (but not the easiest) is the Warrior Diet.

Then, you NEED to do interval training. Time and again, intervals have proven the most effective way to increase fighting fitness and drop fat. Tabata intervals are popular, but there are all kinds of programs out there.
